I have been providing online supervision/ mentoring and consultancy since 1997 for counsellors, hypnotherapists, psychotherapists, EFT therapists and NLP practitioners as well as practitioners in many other fields as well as mental health practitioners. My work (Elevated Therapy ®) has always been international. I enjoy supervising immensely and have a commitment to being supportive and informative. I work both by email exchange and in real time with supervisees. Although my own counselling approach is humanistic, I see supervision as a different discipline and work with counsellors using a variety of approaches. Establishing a good working relationship is the key to effective supervision.

Description of my online supervision service
Online supervision is available via web cam and / or msn messenger. You choose which medium most suits your needs as a counsellor or online counsellor.

I have been a practising counsellor since 1992. I am an MBACP Accredited counsellor and in my practice as a supervisor I work within the BACP Ethical Framework for Counselling and Supervision.

I am currently providing supervision for the Behaviour Improvement Programme in Bridgwater Somerset. I also offer individual supervision to counsellors both students and qualified practitioners.

Online supervision is a natural progression from working as a face to face counsellor. Many of my supervisees alternate between face to face and online supervision. Some choose to just work online.
