My role is to develop a safe accessible space to explore your work including areas that concern you; plus help you celebrate achievements; to help you normalize your experience with clients and possibly colleagues; help you maintain your sense of purpose and professionalism and encourage you to maintain an ethical approach.
Experience of supervising online
I have supervised online since 2006 and face to face since 1999. My experience includes ongoing supervision and one off sessions. I work with individual supervisees from a variety of settings and also small groups. This work can be asynchronous email or live sessions using text, audio and webcam.
Supervision model I mainly use
1) I use an integrative, developmental approach drawing from Inskipp and Proctor, Hawkins and Shohet, and Page and Worsket including focus on your own internal supervisor and respect for you theoretical approach and way of working with the client. I will help you to work within your level of competency and to hold appropriate ethical boundaries.

Description of my online supervision service
I offer online support and supervision through e-mail exchange with an option to use instant messaging. I have a broad range of counselling experience and understanding of theory from which I draw. I ensure my supervisees are working ethically and safely whilst encouraging them to think about their work in a creative way. Description of my online supervision service
I offer supportive and flexible supervision sessions via encrypted e mail (which I provide), Skype or MSN. Each session lasts an hour and the supervisee decides upon the focus of sessions. Topics covered may be client based or around online counselling issues. I have a wide range of experience from eating disorders and addiction to sexual issues and all general counselling. I am a Master Practitioner in Eating Disorders as well as a qualified Nurse and Midwife.

All Media Counselling offers Supervision for counsellors and others in the helping professions using the communication medium of your choice, or a combination of those communication mediums.

Description of my online supervision service
Online supervision is available via web cam and / or msn messenger. You choose which medium most suits your needs as a counsellor or online counsellor.
I have been a practising counsellor since 1992. I am an MBACP Accredited counsellor and in my practice as a supervisor I work within the BACP Ethical Framework for Counselling and Supervision.
I am currently providing supervision for the Behaviour Improvement Programme in Bridgwater Somerset. I also offer individual supervision to counsellors both students and qualified practitioners.

Online supervision is a natural progression from working as a face to face counsellor. Many of my supervisees alternate between face to face and online supervision. Some choose to just work online.
