Using narrative and creative therapies online allows access to the unconscious world through imagination, helping to externalise, practice and master life experiences and bridging fantasy and reality. This can restructure and strengthen self-esteem and allows for exploration of specific events, themes and issues.

On my website you will be able to access professional Counselling / Re-Training and/or Supervision using a variety of communication mediums to suit your particular requirements.

Experience of working online
My Internet counselling is mainly e-mail contracts. I also work with clients using services such as ‘Messenger' or secure internet rooms.  Sometimes a mixture of communication mediums are used. I have several years of experience working online within an EAP setting with NICE recommended CBT programmes.
